Moor Chambers Business Centre is owned and operated by TJD Properties Ltd, who have 20 years experience in the property business.

The building was converted into a purpose built Business Centre in 2011.

​

The idea was to provide small and startup businesses with a professional and affordable space to enable them to develop and grow.

​

There were originally 14 offices but we have now expanded to 16, all of varying sizes, but with a modern, spacious look.

​

We have an experienced, responsive management team who are based in one of the offices within the Centre.

​

Within the Centre are a diverse mix of established businesses.

​

We are situated in a convenient location in Framwellgate Moor, about a mile north of Durham City Centre and Durham railway station (on the East Coast Main Line).

​

There is easy access to County Durham's major road networks.

 

The Centre also has access to regular bus services that operate directly from outside Moor Chamber's offices to the City Centre as well as to Tyneside and Chester-le-Street.
